Upon my arrival at around 10 o'clock, I was refused check-in and informed that Oyo was selling their rooms at a significantly lower price. The receptionist requested that I pay cash at the counter for check-in, which was quite disappointing as I had a confirmed booking . there were four other people waiting for the same reason.
This is my personal experience, no responsible front desk executive for you, staff didn't sound professional and welcoming.
No Wifi range in 90% rooms, no TV in few rooms,
Though room is clean,but blankets and bedsheets were smelling bad.
This place is not even fit for animals. See how they keep their pets tied up all day with no food and water. Please don't go to this place. Bad service!! Horrible staff and the owner Hussain Lala is like a rotten piece of s****
You will find big rats/bandicoots all over the place and plenty of mosquitoes.
Worst rooms we got tv wasn't working I had to pay 3 times they made scam out of me no cleanliness rooms had cockroaches I can't really suggest anyone to stay here avoid this hotel the bedroom stinks
