⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Unprofessional Conduct and Poor Management

We booked this hotel for one day for my sister’s wedding, expecting a smooth and respectful experience. Unfortunately, the entire event was disrupted due to extremely poor service and unprofessional behavior from the hotel staff.

There were heated arguments and confrontations with our cooking staff, which should never happen during a wedding function. Basic coordination and professionalism were completely missing.

The washrooms were blocked, causing serious inconvenience to guests, and the management showed little urgency in resolving the issue.

Most concerning was the behavior of Vijay, who claimed to be the owner but is only a manager at the property. He was exceptionally rude, arrogant, and dismissive, and instead of resolving issues, he escalated them. His conduct was completely unfit for someone representing hotel management.

Additionally, racially insensitive remarks were made by staff members, which is unacceptable and deeply offensive.

Overall, this hotel showed poor service standards, lack of accountability, and unprofessional management. What should have been a joyful family occasion turned into unnecessary stress.

I would strongly advise against booking this hotel for weddings or important events.

We stayed at this hotel as a group, and the overall experience was excellent. Managing a large group can be challenging, but the hotel staff handled everything very smoothly and professionally.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy for everyone to settle in. Room allocation and check-in were well managed, and the staff was cooperative throughout our stay. Housekeeping and basic amenities were properly maintained.

The hotel was very accommodating with group requirements, including meal timings and coordination. The food served was good in quality and quantity, which is very important for group travel. Service was timely, and the staff remained polite and helpful at all times.

The location was convenient, and the atmosphere felt safe and comfortable for everyone in the group. Overall, it was a well-managed and hassle-free stay, offering great value for money.

Highly recommended for group tours, college trips, and organized travel groups. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

My stay was truly disappointing 👎. The washroom was not clean at all 🤢, which is a major issue. The rooms and service fell short of basic expectations, making for an unpleasant experience 😠.

Pathetic. Booked 3 rooms all rooms was bakwas. Don't provide RO water. They don't even provide towel in the rooms when u ask they just say machine kharab hai sab towel laundry mein hai. Breakfast options was also not there. Very bad experience. Washroom was also not cleaned

Pathetic behaviour from the staff and the hotel owner. They only mean to loot money from the customers and try to misguide, shame, and pressurize the customers to pay more even when you come with online booking. They deny you regular RO water, and shamelessly try to justify it by saying that they prioritise selling bottles instead. If you are smart enough to not pay any extra money and stick to what you have booked it for, they will keep harassing you by not providing the basics in the room, and will try to charge extra by quoting any non-existent reason. They also try to gaslight their online partners if they try to help the customer. Pathetic.
