The hotel is very nice and the service is really good. Overall, it’s value for money. I had a comfortable experience and would definitely recommend it.
For my booking at O-Hathijaan in Ahmedabad
The rooms were not made available by the property as per my booking through an online platform.
When I insisted on opening the rooms - the rooms were in extremely poor condition.
Some toilets had shit while some had cigarette buds.
Rooms smelled foul.
More surprising was that there was no hotel manager except for two help boys, who had no clue of what was going on there.

Rooms looked so pitiable that clicking a single picture even seemed impossible.
Requesting for a strict action so that the property is properly blacklisted on all platforms and not be used by any other customer

Poor service. AC working at a fixed temperature. The room got chilled in no time. The remote was not functioning.
Had to switch off the AC. The bathroom was even worse. Would not recommend it to anyone.
Rooms tariffs are 600 for Non Ac and 800 for Ac rooms . In Ac rooms you can't set the temperature though they keep running at 18°C which makes the room very cold . Bathrooms are not very clean.
Room is good , but bathrooms are very bad , and wifi is also not working in room also , very very bad experiences ,
I just reached and chaked in , then waiting almost one hour water stop in bathrooms and also bathroom's heater dident work ,very bad hotel dont come ever, if you want peaceful sleep then sleep in your car is better option
