If I had a chance, I would give zero stars. We were attending a friend’s wedding and were not given proper rooms. Instead, we were made to stay in a hall with extra beds, where men, women and kids were accommodated together. Not enough towels, only 1 was given, No proper blankets were provided, and we had to move to a friend’s room to sleep.
During lunch on the rooftop, the staff did not help with arranging tables and chairs and were just standing and watching. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Not recommended for wedding guest accommodation.
My experience here was 3rd grade
I was there to attend my friends wedding i was with my family we had two babies and when we asked for mattress and bedsheet they refused to give and the room space is not good!! Their behaviour was very cold !! Phone in the room was not working
When we asked for water they were saying water will be charged and we were like we will pay for extra!!
Not happy with this hotel and all the people working there I’m giving 1 star because there is no option for. Zero i would not even rate one star 🙏

we booked entire floor for wedding
rooms are good but service need improvement
no in house kitchen so managing tea coffee was headache
service staff is not good and takes atleast 1 hour to complete 1 task
i had to keep on chasing them
