Very disappointing experience. The room was not clean, the bathroom was dirty, and the bed linens looked unhygienic. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and they did not resolve the issues even after I complained.
It's located in a busy area close to most of the prime location in Lucknow. However the roads leading towards the Hotel are narrow. It's a decent Hotel with Average rooms, services and Food
I came here to attend a meeting, overall it was a good experience, the taste of the food is delicious, cleanliness is also taken care of and the service is also good.
Rooms are required to be upgraded.
Cleaning in bathroom is also not good.
Only 1 Charging port was available and also not working properly
