a good experiance booked the hotel online for 1 night. Pleasant staff quick check. Pick up from Airport and drop off (additional cost 1600). The shower was a little dodgy with wires exposed under water. Failed to provide a wake up call after requesting it. Had to wait 30 minutes (5AM) for staff to wake up driver to drop us off to the airport. Overall happy experiance. Would recommend the hotel. Amazing location to the airport around 6/7 minutes away.
I stayed here for one night before my flight back to the UK. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep because of mosquitoes, and the air conditioning didn’t work properly. I also became ill after dinner, found a fly in my food, and spent the night vomiting, which made my long flight very uncomfortable.
When I complained to the manager, he told me I was the only person who had ever complained about these issues and the first customer he had encountered with such problems. I was very upset by his response. I could have called the police, but because I had a flight to catch, I chose not to. Overall, it was a very poor and disappointing experience.
If you chose this hotel based on the online photos, you will be disappointed. The property looks nothing like the images. My room had no TV, with exposed wiring, dirty floors, and an outdated bathroom. The hotel needs major renovation. The location is excellent, but proper renovation and interior design are essential to make it suitable for guests.
1/5 Stars – Unacceptable and Unprofessional
I had a deeply concerning experience at this hotel. While I was out of the building, the staff decided to check out my room and clear it without my permission.
What makes this even more baffling is that I still had the room key with me. Returning to find that my room had been accessed and processed for checkout while I was still a guest is a massive breach of privacy and security.
The management is highly unprofessional, and there seems to be a complete lack of communication between the front desk and housekeeping. I cannot recommend staying here if you value your privacy or the security of your belongings. Avoid at all costs.

All the staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean, and the location is great if you have an early flight to catch.
