We stayed at Heritage Resort, Kausani, from 7th to 11th July. The hotel is located 3 kms away from Kausani, next to the tea garden. Our room was spacious and well maintained. The washroom was also very clean. There was a terrace in front of our room, which gave an unhindered view of the hills and the snowpeaks. Trishul, Nanda Devi and other peaks look quite close if the sky is clear.
The service is excellent, and anything we asked for was immediately provided. The food was also excellent. There's a good variety - North Indian, Chinese and Kumaoni. We had all our meals at the hotel.
A very good place to stay.
Stayed for 1 night, Hired 5 rooms. All rooms are very tidy and clean with balcony to sit out. Location is good, staff behaviour and presence is good. Food served fast and tasty. Their garden is well maintained and eye feast. Manager Nandan very very helpful, felt very touched when they all came out for send off.
Our stay was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The staff genuinely blew us away with their warmth and small, thoughtful gestures. Our room was a spotlessly clean, super cozy haven that made it tough to leave. Toss in a delicious breakfast spread, and this place truly felt like a home away from home.
Our stay at Heritage Resort, Kausani was truly memorable. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and tastefully designed, making the stay extremely relaxing. What added a special charm to our evenings were the thoughtfully arranged bonfires on both nights, where hot soups were served to guests in the chilly weather.
The buffet breakfast and dinner spreads were delicious and well-prepared. A special mention to Mr. Raju, who took care of all the meals and guests with warmth and great attention.
The resort itself is beautifully planned with gardens, multiple sit-out areas and a play room, making it ideal for families as well.
Another big advantage is its proximity to the Tea Garden and Shawl Factory, which makes sightseeing very convenient.
And above all - the view from the resort is simply dreamy. On clear days, one can witness the majestic snow-capped Himalayan peaks like Nanda Devi, Trishul and Panchachuli right from the hotel. A highly recommended stay in Kausani!
Location of this Hotel is very good. We got to see the view of beatiful Nanda Devi, at sunrise, right outside our rooms. Food was good, and quite a few options in the restaurant. Staff was helpful and room service was quick. Hot water was available at all times.
Only drawback was that rooms and upholstery were slightly smelly and our rooms were not well ventilated. But still good for 1 or 2 days stay.
