I had breakfast included in my tariff, but the hotel offered only two limited options. In comparison, there are several other hotels in Jaipur in the same price range that provide a proper buffet breakfast.

The overall service was extremely disappointing, whether it was room service or the reception staff. The staff was neither helpful nor professional.

Another major concern is that even after making a booking through an app, the hotel asks guests to pay extra charges, which is completely unacceptable and misleading.

Overall, I had a very poor experience and would not recommend this hotel. There are much better options available in Jaipur at the same price with better food, service, and hospitality.

Average and affordable property in Jaipur. For room service only staff is cooperative during day time.

But during checkin, they won’t help you with your bag, one has to carry by them self.
Rooms are clean but if you are staying for more than 1 day, they don’t clean it again.

While ordering in room, ask them to bring bill or if you are playing them do check the menu. Else, they will charge you extra. Be aware.

Ventilation in room is very bad and also they turn off the installed ventilation from reception

Half of the things are broken in room also taps,showers don't work properly (mirror,commode,tap n all)
Ac, telivision doesn't work properly
The bedsheets and pillows were very dirty
Staff was good I won't say very good somewhere they were also careless..
food was average with high prices

I would not at all recommend this hotel to anyone, not worth the price at all. The staff is so rude. There is no sign of women safety. We were given the wrong room that we booked through Agoda and they claimed that it is not our fault you will get this room only unless you pay extra and in emergency we had to pay extra. They totally have tactics to take extra money out of your pocket. In the name of extra bedding they just had a sofa cum bed and put spoiled bedsheets on it. We had to ask them to clean the room again when we checked in and change the bedsheets they denied and said this is the only good bedsheet we have and we already changed it. The reason they dont have more pictures of the washrooms is that they are so dirty and not useable at all.

I stayed in this hotel for 10 days. The rooms were clean and the staff at this hotel felt like family. The hotel service was very good.
