This is an excellent place to stay. The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable.

The breakfast has fifty different dishes everyday, ranging from Western to Eastern, and every item is made fresh. They also have an omelette/pancake/waffle/dosa bar where you can customize what you get.

Sneha and Akhilesh in particular were very attentive, but I cannot think of a single staff member who was not incredibly helpful at every moment. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable.

I stayed here for two weeks and truly felt as comfortable as if I was at home.

I had a comfortable stay at hilton garden inn Front Office staff were polite and the procedure was smooth. The room was clean, bedding comfortable and amenities practical. Housekeeping maintained hygiene and cleanliness well. The hotel's appearance, maintenance and facilities were good. Restaurant and Food & Beverages service were professional, and the bar/pub was pleasant. Convenient location, positive ambience and excellent staff behaviour made the overall experience satisfying.

An extra Star for polite staff. They have trained them well or naturally they are very polite and supportive, whatever the reason may be, but the staff make this hotel much better.
Other things are also good . You just need take comparative reference of same price point. Hotel is value for money. Rooms are good with all basic amenities . Food is tasty.
Only thing i wanted more was the in-room dining menu options.
Overall an excellent experience. I have stayed in all big hotels of Lucknow and this was a pleasant surprise.
