Peaceful place. Approach road is kacha road. No restaurant. Hotel people will provide you food from outside at double rate. Not for tourists. Only for spending a night who visits there for any examination purpose.
The location of this resort is really great.
The Staffs are also well behaved .The rooms are also clean and Tidy but the bathroom needs to be cleaned .Rest everything was good ... overall had a great stay
Located inside a residential area. Rooms are good. Staffs are good. Food is decent. Being an OYO its as good as it can get. A small playground in front which you can rent for wedding and other parties. Plenty of parking spaces. But the interior does need some renovations. They accept local ID.
This place was good the property is located far off from the main town, that wasn't a problem for us as we were driving. Service was also good enough, it also has parking. Onky thing lacking was cleanliness, the rooms were not very clean. Bedsheets were slightly old, and ever other place was barely clean. But they were pleasant and helpful.
The hotel staff at the desk counter is a cheater. I booked a room from 9 to 11 August 2024 for my son in my name only to be told at check-in in the evening of 9/8/24 that payment has not been received from the travel agent namely, " MyTravaly Worldwide Travel Tec" even after confirming the OTP. As he denied check-in, he was paid Rs.4500/- for 3 nights @ Rs. 1500/- per night.
After requesting the travel agent to send me the payment details it was found that the agency had paid the payment to the hotel on 7/8/24 and on 10/8/24 for an extended night stay for 11/8/24 (earlier booked for 2 nights for 9 and 10 August).
After my son showed the payment details sent by the Travaly, this staff at the counter agreed to refund the amount of Rs.4500/-, and the amount was finally returned to my son in the evening of 11/8/24. Earlier he told me over phone that the Travaly is a fake website and has no connection with the resort.
My son went to Siliguri to appear in NEET- PG and the mischievous nature of this staff at the counter has put tremendous pressure to my son.
Please all sensible folks, don't ever trust this hotel. I seek an apology for this mischievous and to vow that he wouldn't do again to anyone in the future.
