I booked the hotel at 8pm in the night while I was travelling and had to make an emergency stop. Although the location of the hotel is great and the size too but to a solo girl traveler - it felt a little shady. There were hardly 10 people in the hotel; not enough lights in/ out of the hotel. It made me question my security at the hotel. But it turned out to be okay for me (nothing alarming happened). The staff was super helpful with all my requests and questions.
Suggestion: make it more lively so that it may attract more travellers. Burger singh board all over but no staff or light - which raised concern.
In we were very comfortable,Food quality is very good but the Wi-Fi was not working properly overall service was good
The property is of a good size, location is good as well but everything goes bad when you speak about the facilities and the staff.
The room did have a bucket but DID NOT have a mug to bathe (according to the staff none of the rooms have it).
The balcony door was not functioning (our room was on the first floor) means it couldn't be locked which raised security issues.
In the somewhat cold month, we had to waste almost 4-5 buckets of water to get some warm water. Though I understand how the boiler system works, this was still by far the non-ecological way. I have seen better boiler systems in the nearby guest houses that we went to after checking out from here.
The staff at the housekeeping/reception became non-responding after 8 pm. They stopped receiving calls (that we made for a mug) even @5 am next morning.
Anyways, all in all, a suggestion for the travelers here would be to add 500 - 800 more in your hotel budget and choose a better hotel.
Suggestion for the hotel management would be to revamp rooms @least so that you can make much use of such an extensive property and make your investment profitable.
Worst room service ever, waited for 2 hours and even then the room was not cleaned, we had to adjust ourselves as we were very tired but their room service is very poor.
The hotel had clean and spacious rooms with modern amenities. The all staff specially the GM very polite co-operative , and honest about his duty and check-in was smooth as well . The breakfast was good, though the options were slightly limited. The location was great, but parking was a bit of a hassle. Overall, a decent stay with minor improvements needed.
