The overall stay was alright, neither spectacular nor terrible. 🏨 The rooms were adequate, but nothing out of the ordinary. Service was also acceptable, without any significant issues. The location, however, was excellent. 📍 It was very convenient for getting around. 🚶♀️
First of all, the AC in this hotel's rooms does not work; even when guests are inside, they switch off the AC from the outside. The rooms themselves are terrible, and the food is equally poor—they even charge extra for items that are supposed to be complimentary. The staff's behavior is atrocious; they constantly peer through the peepholes to monitor everything happening inside the rooms. This is, without a doubt, the most third-rate hotel in all of Prayagraj. I had a truly terrible experience at this hotel.
Pros - Near to station, clean washroom. Food was also decent.
Cons- Cockroaches and insects in the room, couldn't figure out from where they were coming and too much noise from outside at night will disturb sleep.
Overall, if you are on a budget, you can stay here or else look for something else.

I recently had the pleasure of staying NEW SHANTI HOTEL, and I must say it was an amazing experience! The hotel's facilities were top-notch, but what truly stood out was the exceptional food and service.
Compared to other hotels in Prayagraj, surpassed my expectations in every way. The staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.
I highly recommend NEW SHANTI HOTEL to anyone visiting Prayagraj. Keep up the fantastic work!
