Excellent Stay for a Wedding
I visited Crowne Plaza Greater Noida for a wedding and was thoroughly impressed. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a very comfortable stay. What stood out most was the professional management and courteous staff who handled the event beautifully. The catering was also a highlight—the food was top-notch. Great venue for any major function!

We recently booked a staycation package at the Crowne Plaza, and it was an absolutely phenomenal experience. Our package was incredibly inclusive, covering a day's stay, all meals, and kids' activities—offering incredible value.
​From the moment we checked in, the front desk team went above and beyond. They took the time to explain every detail of our package and even provided a handy printout so we wouldn’t miss a thing. A special shoutout to Ashi from Guest Relations, who proactively checked in on us to ensure we were aware of and could make it to all the scheduled sessions. While we could only manage to attend the painting activity due to our own timings, it was wonderful, and my kid loved it!
​The culinary experience was easily a highlight of our stay. We savored breakfast, lunch, high tea, and dinner, and every single meal was outstanding. Everything was served incredibly fresh, and the kitchen was more than happy to accommodate special dietary requests for my child. Chef Anil took personal care of us, checking in frequently to ensure we loved the food and asking if we needed anything extra.
​The service throughout the property was flawless. Our servers, including Akshay and Ranjeet, were always smiling, attentive, and incredibly prompt. A fun bonus was playing a game on the pool table with Akshay and Ranjeet, which really added a warm, personal touch to our evening!
​I have stayed at many premium luxury hotels, both in India and overseas, but the level of hospitality we experienced here is truly unmatched. The entire team went completely out of their way to make our family stay special. Wishing the team all the very best, and we are already looking forward to our next stay!

Improvement Areas: Add swings for kids in the garden. Add ping pong/ foosball etc. so that families can enjoy more.

I have never had this much trouble booking a room with a 5-star before. I wanted to book directly with the hotel instead of OTAs and the receptionist had no idea how the booking is done directly. He kept transferring my call to a “concerned person” who never picked up the call. Didn’t even stay at the place and already convinced that it is the worst 5-star that exists.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE ❌❌. I genuinely don’t understand how this place is still in business.

Let’s start with the biggest issue, the photos online are completely fake and misleading. What you see while booking is NOT what you get. It’s straight-up catfishing. The rooms in reality are old, run-down, and shockingly dirty. Everything feels neglected, broken fixtures, worn-out furniture, and an overall grimy, uncomfortable atmosphere. It honestly felt like no effort has been made to maintain the property in years.

And just when you think it can’t get worse, you deal with the staff.

The staff here are unbelievably arrogant and rude. There is zero sense of hospitality. Instead of helping or even listening, they act like they’re doing you a favor by letting you stay there. Any concern raised is either ignored or met with attitude.

WORST PART OF ALL.
The manager was laughing when i said ill put a review the honest photos and said oh go ahead go put a review. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MANAGEMENT. Completely dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Rather than taking responsibility or even attempting to resolve anything, he spoke in a condescending tone and made it clear that guest satisfaction is not a priority here at all. It was honestly infuriating to deal with someone like that.

This wasn’t just a bad stay, it was a frustrating, disappointing experience from start to finish. Misleading listings, terrible conditions, and staff that couldn’t care less.

If you’re considering booking this place, don’t. There are far better options out there. This place is a complete waste of money.

Amazing property. Great service, scrumptious breakfast, staff always on toe to help you with everything. We had a 3 day destination wedding here and everything was super super well organised and managed by the Crowne plaza team. Few people to name, Mahima ji, Ankita Ji, Chef Kailash, Kuber Ji, were all so professional and were always available to help throughout the event no matter whatever the time it is. I literally thank this team for making our event a memorable one and to be cherished. Honestly, couple of our guests in Noida has already asked us the details as they are willing to do the next wedding in their family at Crowne plaza greater noida. Highly recommended property weather it is for stay or event.
