I had a pleasant stay at Delcon. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it's a good budget stay and offers good value for money. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay.
Had a very comfortable stay at Delco Residency. The room was quiet and peaceful, perfect for good rest. The location is excellent, especially for food lovers, with many great food options nearby. Would definitely recommend this place.
One of the worst experience i had... i went for check in, but receptionist was not there, so some random person from the hotel asked me to wait(1pm 7/7/25), the person was middle aged, with bit greyish hair, and was wearing grey nd navy blue kindof tshirt today). I checked with the person that how long it will take to finish check in process, but his response was very rude, and pathetic. He literally started shouting at me and was yelling that he cant sit there and wait for me to arrive on booking time as i was 2 hours late from actual checkin time. The respective hotel authority should take strict action aganist this rude creature, because of him you are going to loose your customers trust me. I didnt asked any favour from that filthy man,i have booked room with my money,not with his. Kindly teach that person to be kind with the customers, or else customers like me should teach him kindness from outside your property.
Price of my room for single person for single night was Rs.896/-
Cons-
-Bed was extra soft which will not allow your spinal cord to be straight when you sit or sleep.
-No towels were given.
-There was no door mattress near the bathroom, it was just a dirty towel at the entrance of the bathroom.
-Charging points were not near the bed. So you cannot lie down to charge your mobile and at the same time use it.
Pros-
-Neat and clean.
-Good behaviour of the staffs
-No power-cut issue.
-No water issue.
-soap and shampoo were given.
-24 hours check-in and check-out facility.
-Allowed me to sit in the lobby after my check-out as I had to catch my train at a later time.
-Food and water availability just outside the hotel.
Great place at a affordable price point . And at a perfect location must go if you are looking for a short stay of a day or 2 , gets things done in less budget
