A truly refreshing Coorg experience! ☕Our stay at Coorg Coffee flower Resort, Kushalnagar, was absolutely memorable. The property has a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by the natural charm of Coorg. The hospitality was warm, the service was excellent, and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the overall vibe of the resort. A wonderful place to relax, have fun, and make beautiful memories with family and friends. Definitely looking forward to visiting again!
This was honestly the worst resort experience we’ve ever had and it felt like a complete scam. The property was very poorly maintained with broken furniture, small damaged sofas, extremely hard mattresses, loose taps in the washroom, and pale, poor-quality water. The ambience was terrible with a bad smell around the premises, and we even found chewing gum wrappers inside the resort. The pool was dirty, there was no proper drinking water available, and electricity went off repeatedly with constant voltage fluctuations and poor lighting. There was no privacy, no personal fridge, no stove, and no proper kitchen facility despite what was promised at the time of booking.
The staff behavior made it even worse — some workers were rude and not cooperative at all. We were asked to pay extra money to the workers, and to our surprise, a 5% GST charge was added without being mentioned before booking. The service was extremely poor and nothing was delivered as advertised. The food was just okay, but everything else about the stay was disappointing. Overall, this is the worst resort experience possible and absolutely not worth the money. Would not recommend it to anyone.
Coorg Coffee flower Resort – A Wonderful Stay ☕🌿
Had a really pleasant experience at Coorg Coffee flower Resort, near Kushalnagar. The peaceful surroundings, greenery and beautiful Coorg atmosphere make it a great place to relax and spend quality time with family and friends. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall ambience was really nice.
The best part was the calm environment away from the usual city rush. A lovely place to enjoy the beauty of Coorg and unwind. Definitely worth visiting if you’re looking for a peaceful stay around Kushalnagar! 🌿✨
Far from a relaxing getaway—extremely disappointing stay and terrible food.
We booked this resort expecting a peaceful and comfortable break, but the reality was very frustrating.
Despite booking well in advance, we had to wait over an hour at the front desk just to get our keys.
Room Conditions: The room smelled musty, the air conditioner barely worked, and the linens had visible stains.
Awful Dining: The resort food was a massive disappointment. Meals were served cold, tasted incredibly bland, and lacked any fresh ingredients.
Service: The staff seemed untrained and unconcerned when we reported these issues.
Very bad experience at this resort. Since we did not like any of the rooms and the overall condition of the resort, we requested an immediate refund and decided not to stay there. After a long argument, the owner refunded only half of the total amount. We ended up paying 50% of the total amount just for spending around 30 minutes viewing the resort, without even staying there.
While booking, the owner promised that breakfast and AC were included. But once we paid the full amount, his behavior completely changed.
None of the ACs were working properly. Instead of resolving the issue, the owner kept saying, “Coorg weather itself is like AC, you don’t need it,” and only promised to call an electrician later.
He had also promised us a wooden house stay. Initially, the wooden house was locked. Once he opened it, there was a very bad smell inside. When we informed him that we were uncomfortable staying there because of the smell, he argued that it was “nature smell” and said that since we stay in the city, we cannot identify it properly. We are also born and brought up in villages, so we clearly know the difference between a natural smell and a bad smell.
Later, he showed us a 4-sharing cottage room which was also maintained very poorly. The beds were dirty, and the bathroom was not cleaned at all. Basic things like towels, bath soap, and drinking water bottles were not provided. When we complained about the dirty bed, the owner casually said, “If you need, I will change it immediately.”
The service at this resort was extremely rude. When showing us the rooms, the staff did not even care about our luggage. I and my son had to carry all the luggage ourselves. When we informed the owner about the rude behavior and lack of assistance with luggage, he explained that the staff member was paralysed and therefore could not carry luggage. We understand the situation, but proper customer support and basic hospitality arrangements should still have been managed by the resort.
Overall, this was one of the worst resort experiences we have ever had. Poor maintenance, rude service, false promises, and unprofessional behavior from the owner. I strongly recommend others not to book this resort.
