We booked for 1 night, we 3 persons (male) came from Chittagong. But they denied our booking after our check in. Which is totally unprofessionalism and disappointing.

Hotel is located in a nice and plush and most importantly a safe neighbourhood. The exteriors and lobby look prime. A bit on the expensive side, the location is good and the breakfast is adequate.
The security and service is top notch. Every staff member that I interacted with was warm and seemed eager to help. The managers were well mannered and smart. The receptionists were polite and good. The room service guys were good too. Even the security guy was cool.
But the interiors of each room and toilet needs complete overhaul. The rooms and toilets look old and aged. The furniture and fixture looks outdated. Many walls were damp.
If I ever visit this hotel again, it will ONLY be due to the people who run the show.

We have spent two nights in this nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, very nice room, comfy beds, great location close to the most important part of the city in a nice neighbourhood; good internet connection and nice breakfast. Suggest
