Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Highly Disappointed!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The services promised at the time of booking were completely different from what was actually provided.

To begin with, the “unlimited buffet breakfast” that was advertised turned out to be a complete joke. Instead of a buffet, we were given just one tea and a samosa – nothing more. When we questioned this, the staff was rude and dismissive. On top of that, the so-called “breakfast” was served at 11:30 am, practically at lunchtime. This is outright misleading and unacceptable.

The room amenities were far below standard. Cleanliness was questionable, with stains on the bedsheets and dust in the corners. Basic facilities like proper toiletries, clean towels, and working Wi-Fi were either missing or not functioning. To make matters worse, when I requested a towel at night, it was only provided the next morning, showing how poor and unresponsive the service truly was.

The staff service was extremely bad, and the owner’s behavior was shockingly rude. When I raised my concerns about breakfast and service, the owner flatly told me, “Do whatever you want to do, I will not provide you breakfast.” Such arrogance and lack of professionalism are unacceptable in the hospitality industry.

What was showcased at the time of booking – be it comfort, hospitality, or facilities – was nowhere close to reality. It felt like a complete scam to lure guests in with false promises.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to think twice before booking. It is absolutely not worth the money, and there are far better options available.

I had the worst experience staying at Abhinandan Palace, Udaipur. The room tariff was extremely overpriced — they charged ₹6000 for a room that honestly isn’t worth more than ₹1500. They first showed us one room, but within minutes of discussing with friends they said it got booked and handed over another room instead, which was far below expectations. The room was unclean, poorly maintained, and very disappointing.

Overall, I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are far better and more honest options in Udaipur for the same or even lower price. Please think twice before booking Abhinandan Palace.

I stayed here, multiple times, for longer durations. Very good hotel. Highly appreciable support and co-operation by the staff. Well maintained. Neat and tidy. Best place to stay in and around Rampura @ affordable cost.

Apart from being a pure vegetarian hotel, the room are neat and clean , food was delicious the behavior of the hotel staff was also friendly . It is great things to get such a hotel at the lowest price in a place like udaipur.
